A single component moisture curing Polyurethane foam which seals, fills, fixes, bonds and insulates most construction materials.
Once cured it becomes a semi-rigid water-resistant rot-proof foam which can be sawn, cut, moulded and painted.
- Can be used to bond and fill blocks of polystyrene. (Not suitable on thin sheets)
- Tack free in 20 minutes and cuttable after four hours.
- Yields approximately 38 litres free expanded.
Specification
The foam has been tested to fire resistance utilising the general principles of BS 476: Part 20: 1987 on specimens of floor and wall mounted linear gap sealing systems.
A fire resistance of 240 minutes was achieved, for some gap dimensions with incorporation of a mineral fibre core.
Water absorption [in accordance with DIN 53433] 0.3 Vol. -%.
