Latex is a natural air drying liquid rubber used to make thin elastic self-releasing moulds. It is ideal for making small moulds without too much detail. It is the simplest of the mould materials as the object is simply dipped into the latex repeatedly until a thickness has built up. Allow to dry for 24 hours before removing using talc to de-tack.
