Silicone rubber lined moulds require no release agent. Plaster and timber moulds should be sealed with shellac or polyurethane varnish. GRP moulds do not require sealing. Soft wax pastes wiped on with a cloth work best. 

We stock APW wax from Vosschemies, which dries clear after use.

Allow 50 g per m² per coat.

When casting with Jesmonite it is preferable to carefully apply by brushing a coat onto the mould first to avoid entrapped air before pouring in the bulk.
