These are high quality fluorescent paints, from Haussmann. Unlike the "Invisible UV" paints from Haussmann, these paints have their own colours which are visible in normal lighting, and are intensified by fluorescence in sunlight and particularly UV light. Highly intermixable and water-dilutable, the base of these paints has been specially formulated to work on textiles and retain elasticity, but are just as effective on solid surfaces. As with most fluorescent paints they are best applied neat onto a smooth white painted surface.
