Varaform is a natural cotton mesh impregnated with a thermoplastic resin, and has become a best seller since we introduced it over ten years ago.
When heated with hot water or hot air it quickly softens so that it can be worked into any shape, then sets on cooling to form a rigid lightweight armature.
Varaform is extremely easy and clean to use and could potentially save the propmaker hours of messy work, it's range of properties are especially useful for the making of elaborate masks.
Varaform will stick to itself in its warm state and it can be re-heated and re-moulded as many times as required.
