In Flint’s tests Rosco Velour Black proved to be one of the blackest paints available with the advantage of remaining flexible and strong.
Specification
Use in the same way as the Rosco Supersaturated paints. When diluted 1:1 it will provide an intense matt black permanent velvet finish. It can be further diluted like the other supersaturated paints.
Coverage 8-10 square metres per litre.
